A local communication and collaboration approach to enhance the potential of regenerative transformation.

At ACCIONA, we strive to ensure that our operations integrate harmoniously into local environments and communities, seeking to maximize the positive impact of our projects. For this reason, we have a Social Impact Management methodology.

Social Impact Management Methodology (GIS)

The relationship with communities in the project influence area is an important part of our strategy. With this methodology, we evaluate the social consequences derived from the development of a project in a community and analyze how we can have a positive impact.

During 2023, we implemented our Social Impact Management methodology in 272 projects in 33 countries.

Impact of the acciona.org Foundation

In 2023, acciona.org celebrated its 15th anniversary benefiting households in Peru, Mexico, Panama, Chile, the Philippines, Ethiopia and Spain with new solutions for access to energy, water and sanitation. It is expected that the number of people helped will continue to grow thanks to new projects being undertaken and new geographies being reached.
